Quality Assurance and Quality Control
Over the years Methods (India) has developed an experienced QA & QC team of 15+ personnel having NDT method certification. The Quality assurance department prepares quality assurance plan (QAP) & co-ordinates with clients & consultants for the approval of QAP wherever necessary. Quality Assurance Department also prepares welding procedure specification (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) to qualify the WPS.
In addition the Quality Assurance Department prepares welders performance qualification record (WPQR) for qualifying the welders. Quality control department activity starts from incoming raw material inspection to the end of despatch. The Quality Assurance Department monitors and inspects the quality aspects at various stages of manufacturing and records the same. One of the key reasons for the high quality of products are a series of stringent measures undertaken by the QA&QC department. Also the QC department is independent to production & reports directly to the CMD.
